Really its works fine for one of my friends site. I am sad to hear that it is not provided to all but only selected publishers only. Well it is very helpful to get huge traffic like digg.

Y!Buzz may probably be a big fad for publishers with less-than-millions traffic. That is also Yahoo’s way of ensuring that Buzz is not spammed. But honestly, if you can’t even submit stories, its not worth it.

Wow, did I misread or are you finally offering full-feeds? Until now I was using a Greasemonkey script to read within GReader.
