In my opinion, Digsby wins hands-on (but it is not just an IM clien!)
I’ve been trying out Digsby this week and like it too. I’m a little concerned about its memory footprint, but it’s still less than running multiple clients.
I ofer use Skype or MSN.
We are using BigAnt instant messenger in company and greatly enjoyed. It combines instant messaging, live chat and document management all in a friendly IM interface.
