Blogathon India 2008 Starts
Blogathon India has started today (April 20th) and will continue till April 26th, 2008. We had introduced Blogathon India before and now you can join the fun, participate in the Blogathon and win some awards too. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness about social issues amongst bloggers and other Internet users.
Start by blogging about the topics put up on the website. Use the Blogathon Technorati tags “blogathonindia” and “blogathonindia1” in the blog posts intended to be a part of the Blogathon. Submit your link using the registration form to record it, show it on their blog, and make it eligible for the best entry.
What is the topic for today - How can we improve the traffic condition in our city? Check the live posts coming in… blog in your views and send them in. The topics change everyday.
The Delhi Bloggers Bloc is supporting and meeting for DBM XXIII (at the The Attic, Connaught place, Delhi), where apart from the usual networking and interaction, there will be discussion on the how, what, when and where of Blogathon to help maximize participation in this event.

It’s great that event like this for bloggers are help in India too. Recently J Chow held a PHO meet up for bloggers. Bloging is the new world of websites and it have more scope the anything.

A really good way for Indian based bloggers to lend a helping hand. I hope that next time Malaysian bloggers will organize these kind of events too.
