After 1 year of hosting with Yahoo, if I want to host at Dream host, then how can I transfer my domain and hosted files to Dream host server?

And I use Namecheap for all my domains – easy to use control panel, cheap pricing and coupon codes, and no cheating or taking domains off like GoDaddy (I was scared like hell when I read horror stories of customers� domains being temporarily blocked by Godaddy upon receiving complaints about domains, without Godaddy contacting domain owners for response).

I use Yahoo for buying domain and hosting�.so far its a good experience with them.They have a great customer service.
But the bandwidth isn�t good.
