no doubt the report is not true.
they even don’t know that you can register dot hk domains only for Hong Kong people. The most dangerous domains are dot in and dot info imo.
almost all spammers come from india on the Web and info is cheap and affortable that spammers like.

This does surprise me a bit. I would have thought that it would be .info since they are dirt cheap.
