If you host your blog on the free Wordpress.com, the technical support just got better. Wordpress.com has announced that their support engineers are now available 24×7 round the clock on all days to provide technical support to bloggers.

There is lot of competition among free blogging services like Google Blogger, Tumblr etc. and as everyone is picking up a blogging habit, technical support on basic issues is important. As non technical bloggers browse and search around forums, there is nothing better than a live technical support guy to help you around your issue.

Wordpress.com has gradually extended its support from 9 a.m to 4 p.m. PDT 5 days a week to a round the clock daily 24-hour support, which is surely a welcome feature which will attract bloggers their way. But there are benefits and limitations of wordpress.com when compared to wordpress.org (self hosted) which you need to check out.

Still its a good idea to check the WordPress forums first (where you will mostly find the answer), and then seek to contact Wordpress support and they promise to reply back in 24 hours.
