Users could start new musical pieces by uploading their part for other people to download, along with the music for their instrument (and full audio version if available), then upload their part to be added. Ads for concerts, instrument sales and service, music stores (audio and sheet), etc. Perhaps such a site already exists, if such a site exists, I would love to join.
