YouTube Project:Direct Short Film Winners

Project Direct, YouTube’s annual short film competition has declared the winners, who now get a chance to get famous for their director skills.

The aim was to direct an original short incorporating Moviefone’s red phone and 2 other props that represent the most memorable films from the first 25 years of the Sundance Film Festival. The winner gets a chance to go to the 2009 Sundance Film Festival being held on January 15-25 at Park City Utah, where they meet with Sundance’s Director of Programming and attend their very own live screening. Then there will be a winning short broadcast on the home page of YouTube in countries all over the world, and a winner prize of $2500!
