When l try to format the Kingston D17/64GB USB pen drive, it just hangs and does nothing. Does any one have any suggestings??

Hi guys,
Portable Softwares are really convenient to everyone because of its characteristic (without installization). I prefer test new sw but sometimes it’s really hard and take many times to install them.
