New Google Street View Tricycles!

How do the Google Street View mapping cars enter small streets and corners? Google Street View is now using Tricycles (trikes) to map where no Google car has gone before….

You have seen these Google Street view cars before, with a tall central beam and a 360 degrees camera on top strolling across major cities. See the video of this Google Street View car in the UK.

Now people are spotting Google Street View Trikes or tricycles recording snapshots where previously Google cars were unable to enter, in an effort to get a more comprehensive street view and better map coverage. Here is what they look like
