I think having adsense ads in RSS feed does more harm than earning you a few dollars. email lists and RSS followers are probably the most important of readers for a blog.

There are far more appealing and more profitable ways to monetize your email and RSS feeds than adsense. I think adsense ads can reduce the trust of your RSS readers.

I don’t agree with everything in this article, but you do make some very good points. I’m very interested in this matter and I myself do alot of research as well. agree with your opinion,
but i cannot figure out what it is the difference of two ad or one single ad unit at the feed footer.

Could they be changing their ad quantity policy?, my own feed like many others does put a surprising array of different ad formats, and you notice this more if you have your RSS set to multiple posts.

Perhaps they may roll this out over their entire ad network. Thanks for the read
