You can also use PHproxy plugin in firefox to access restricted sites. Just a click and automatically the site will open through proxy.

It really is annoying when I’m trying to access sites only too find out that they’ve been blocked. I have no choice but to try and bypass filters using proxy sites. I’m using Freedur and it’s been great so far, it really gets me to access all these sites.

Well i cannot open the blocked websites. everytime i opens it, it asks me for the server restrictions

I’ve found the best way around blocked websites is to load firefox portable onto a usb stick, then use that to access any site you want. many times businesses will disable flash on company computer browsers and things like this. using a proxy may be required as well on top of using your own browser. the other nice thing about this is you can keep your personal bookmarks and

A few comments from me:
IMHO, the CGIProxy script is the best webproxy, try to use those. They support more JavaScript and so complicated websites like Facebook or Myspace.

There is a great new Proxytool which is very fast because it is not so crowded yet: http://en.cship.org/wiki/Puff

As a VPN Hotspotshield is ok, although it has many anoying advertisements. Check out one of the many other free ones: (Alonweb, ItsHidden, CyberGhostVPN, Loki, UltrVPN…), you can find a huge list at http://en.cship.org/wiki/VPN
