I’ve used Woopra for many months and shown it to many clients… Likewise their mouths tend to drop open at the “realtime-ness” of it all!

I’ve finally got around to installing it on my non-blogging sites as it is THAT good.

@Owen: Have you left a detailed message in the Woopra Forums describing the issues you are having? Have you tried the latest version? Beta means “work in progress” as well as broken from time to time as we are constantly working on it. We’ve sped up our response time and have over 85,000 sites using Woopra, so we’d love to address the issue you are having. Thanks!

I used Woopra on my high traffic site. Their support system never adressed my problems (other people were having them too, not only me).

Yes, it look really pretty, but that’s about it.

I prefer Clicky: you get the same real time view, but it does work.
