well i am half way there in two years. but i beg to differ about long posts. i get bored when i have read paragraphs and paragraphs. i think it’s all about the networking….then again….im different. thanks for this great information good job.

Dee, thanks for an interesting and practical post. It is good to know that a blogger doesn’t have to spend his time applying every method to gain traffic — but instead he can be great at a few things, instead of being mediocre at many, many things. In my experience, longer posts tend to be bookmarked (especially if they’re resource or reference type posts) so I get a lot of repeat traffic for these posts.

Awesome post. I can not remember how I ended up on this page, it was just open in one of my tabs, but I am glad I found it.

I have a niche site that I just started, this was useful to me. Especially the part about focusing on what you are good at. Congrats on 1000 visitor mark btw :)
