Making the Google Logo Photomosaic [Video]

By 13-05-2010   Google

UK Googlers created a huge Google Logo Photomosaic using 884 individually printed 4×6 photographs of people, places, and things around the U.K. (all snapped by Googlers). Google’s offices in London proudly hosted the giant  Google logo on a 10×20 foot wall.

Googler Clay Bavor says they snapped the photomosaic construction process using a camera taking photos every 7 seconds for about 5.5 hours, and this can be played in the video below. Play the video in HD and full screen mode to see the individual photos.

Just one of the cool perks of a Google job!
