Buy Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Action Figure
M.I.C. Gadget has created a new action figure modeled after Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg. Its called the “Poking Inventor” action figure and is inspired by the famous Poke feature in Facebook.
They feature a closer look at the Mark Zuckerberg action figure which wears brown sweat shirt and jeans. The figurine can hold a small rectangular acrylic plate written with POKE or LIKE. You can also attach speech bubble cards to write a descriptive message.
So why is it not named after Mark Zuckerburg? NYT reports that they had created the Apple CEO Steve Jobs doll earlier and had to withdraw because of legal issues -“Unauthorized use of a person’s name and/or likeness constitutes a violation of California Civil Code Section 3344, which prohibits the use of any person’s name, photograph or likeness in a product without that person’s prior consent…”
You can buy Mark Zuckerburg doll at MIC store for $69.90. The limit is one per customer. Do you like it.
Update: Soon enough Facebook served legal notices and the figurine was withdrawn.

Nice Mark’s figure model. But, I think the price is expensive. Like a buy software at internet.. Anyone would give me one? hehe
