Busy bloggers hardly find time to exercise but this 7 minute workout with high impact circuit exercises will ensure you stay fit everyday and lose weight as well. I have also been lazy but do perform these exercises daily and have found hem very effective for a quick workout and staying fit.

Scientific 7 Minute Workout featured in the American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Journal in 2013. The High Intensity Circuit Training (HICT) combines aerobic exercise and resistance training using body weight. It contains 12 exercises for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds rest. This is currently a very popular exercise regime in a time constrained society, and anyone can spare 7 minutes for a healthy life. Since it only uses body weight, the exercises can be done quickly and easily anywhere without any professional workout equipment and do help in weight loss also. A lot of youtube videos have been made to help people practice the schedule easily.

But you may find this video more useful as it give time to prepare without looking at the screen and with more jazzy music.

This one is a mixture of both a live trainer and voice guided instructions.

    most difficult exercises were Planks, Side Planks and the Wall Sit.
    while doing wall sit I also slipped :P
    and yeah will do this regularly on a daily basis!

    I perform Calisthenics. It is suitable for me. I can do it anywhere, even in the bathroom. Push ups, squats, sit-ups and running in place are my favorite workout. Sometimes planks.
