Simplest Blogging Tool for 12 Year Old Kid

My little sister, all 12 years old, wants to start blogging. As a newbie blogger, which blogging tool would you suggest she should start with. Which will be easiest for her to enjoy blogging without its coding hassles - Blogger or Wordpress.com?

I would suggest she tries Tumblr. It is by far the easiest and simplest blogging tool or software out there. Even small kids and little children will find it eay to blog. It takes minutes to get started and you can easily post images, videos and links in one click.

Comments are not there, but I guess newer versions will fix that. You can later move it to your own domain too. See our tumblelog is hosted on Tumblr too.

I too suggest Tumblr, but it's mainly a tumble blog ;) so if she wants to write long posts with some detailed stuff, you can help her with blogger i guess.
