Google AdSense Referrals 2.0: Expanded Product Inventory

If you earn extra money by promoting Google AdSense Referral units, then the inventory and functionality of these referral just increased manifold. With launch of Google AdSense Referrals 2.0, they have expanded product inventory and now offer products from thousands of AdWords advertisers.

I checked out the new Google Adsense Referral management panel, and I was truly overwhelmed to see the huge variety. Luckily they give you the option to refer products by category and keyword. You can narrow down the types of ads you want to display by specific category, advertiser, or product, and let AdSense figure out which ones will perform best on your site. If you select the “Pick best performing ads” option, they compare your selected ads to other relevant ads, and serve the ads they expect to perform best on your site.

Remember that since these ads are on a cost-per-action (CPA) basis, a completed sale or lead is required to earn your money. Unlike contextual pay per click ads, you can endorse the product that you are referring to help your users make informed choices. Just remember these 15 Adsense mistakes to avoid.

The feature will gradually become available in all accounts over the next few weeks and more ad inventory will be added over time. Do referrals work?
