How can you activate Free Tally.ERP 9? Tally India is one of India’s pioneer software company who has worked hard for protecting its software from piracy. Tally has been quite successful in its endeavor. Thats why installation and activation of Tally.ERP 9 is one of the trickiest job for a novice. Now a days Tally licensing process is one of the most protected and successful licensing system.
This is neither a crack or a hack of Tally Software. It is a legitimate trial offer of Tally of its software for free for a period of 3 months. After that it would again become educational and it is users discretion whether he wants to quit, buy or rent the software. Here is the process to activate.
Before Tally activation
You need to ensure following things before activating your Tally.ERP9 license:
- Check if your PC is in good condition i.e. if you are facing some problems related to virus or planing to do formatting etc. within three months then do it now because once you format, all configuration would be lost and you would not be able to activate the license.
- Internet connection on PC (at least for some time )
- A valid email address. If you don’t have one then make a fresh one.
Tally Activation process
Go to Tally’s site and download the latest version of software. At present release 1.52 build 242 is available which is a 17 mb file. Install by double click and when you would open, you would reach at the activation screen.
Choose the first option of Activate license. You can press Alt+A. You would get activate license screen. Go to the third option Activation of Promotional Rental License. You can also press Alt + P for that.
Here you have to enter your promotional code. That code is provided by tally. You can copy paste this code and enter in Tally.ERP9 by pressing Ctrl+Alt+V.
Now enter your email id and then repeat it again. Be care full while entering your email as Tally would send you an unlock key on your email address, so it must me typed correct. If there is any error in email address then unlock key would be sent to wrong address and you don’t have chance to correct this email address. Press enter and Tally.ERP9 would send the information on net. Now Tally would ask for unlock key.
Open your email account, copy the unlock key and paste in Tally using Ctrl+Alt+V. Press enter and your copy of Tally.ERP is activated. In case of any help you can send mail directly through Tally.
