The Powered by WordPress line now shows at the bottom of your site.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Quick WordPress Version to choose what the line says and where it shows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Is it safe to show my WordPress version?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Showing the exact number makes it easy for anyone to see which version you run. The default line, Powered by WordPress, shows no number, and the main version only (WordPress 7) gives away much less. If you show the full version, keep WordPress updated.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I used Display WordPress Version. Will my site break?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. It is the same plugin with a new name, and themes that call <code>quickversion()<\/code> keep working.
