This time webmasters are observing that the titles of the ads are in italics.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.digitalpoint.com\/showthread.php?t=249716\" rel=\"noopener\">DigitalPoint thread<\/a> where some site owners have observed such ads on their sites.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Adsense Italic Ads\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/italicads.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t think Italics titles will help get more clicks as it will break your blending with the content text. But on the other hand it might just provide <strong>that subtle difference<\/strong> (among multiple similar text links) which might attract a click. So maybe they want to test that out.<\/p>\n<p>More <strong>strange Adsense ads<\/strong> spotted previously are favicons, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/2007\/01\/google-checkout-icons-spotted-on-google-adsense-ads\/\">checkout icons<\/a>, google logos, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/2006\/09\/google-adsense-text-ads-without-title-links\/\">no titles<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/2006\/09\/google-adsense-ads-without-ads-by-google\/\">no &#8220;Ads by Google&#8221;<\/a>.
