But what was unique was that only the top ad was shown in full. Rest of the 3 links were collapsed. Hovering over those links, collapsed the previous ads and made the new ad active with full display of content.<\/p>\n<p>See how the ad unit looks like<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-34459\" alt=\"collapse adsense unit\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad1.png\" width=\"349\" height=\"292\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad1.png 349w, https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad1-300x251.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 349px) 100vw, 349px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And see what happens when you hover over the other links and not click it.\u00a0Note that the ad unit changes color to gray background when you hover over it. Also note that the url is shown when you hover over the arrow.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-34460\" alt=\"collapse  adsense ads\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad2.png\" width=\"347\" height=\"294\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad2.png 347w, https:\/\/www.quickonlinetips.com\/archives\/wp-content\/uploads\/collapse-ad2-300x254.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 347px) 100vw, 347px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I did not click the ads but I assume that clicking on them will take you to the advertisers website. It again shows the importance of the ad link title which will prompt users to hover and click the link.<\/p>\n<p>I particularly like the large prominent links which truly stand out on any page and will encourage a high CTR. Have you seen these ads?
