Performancing Update : Partners Ad Network Shuts Down



Performancing has been making buzz in the blogosphere too often and often the news is not good. The deal breakup with PayPerPost has brought about some notable events at Performancing…

Recently Performancing Metrics, a cool free blog statistics package was shut down. Just recently I was part of their Blogrank top 100. Then Performancing for Firefox, a cool free blog editor for Firefox moved to its own domain and was rebranded as ScribeFire (now here).

Then some administrative reshuffle occured. Chris Garrett became the new Performancing CEO. Nick Wilson says goodbye.

There were server woes and now Performancing Partners is closing. The popular Performancing Partners offered publishers a new advertising revenue option.

Performancing started some great services and tools, and I participated and used many of them, and its sad to see Performancing tools go this way…
