Dreamhost Rewards Quietly Restores $97 Promo Codes

The Dreamhost webhosting $97 referral affiliate program is probably the best out there with a huge $97 affiliate bonus per new subscriber. Dreamhost officially stopped $97 coupon codes in late 2007 and limited the discount to a maximum of $50, but it seems for the last few months they have quietly restored back the $97 promo codes for customers.

Since Dreamhost had limited the maximum discount a promo code could give to $50, it meant that every new client referred to Dreamhost would make a cool $47 bonus as affiliate earnings since the max value of the codes was still $97. This was a great deal and made Dreamhost one of the highest earning and best affiliate programs out there.

Our Dreamhost affiliate earnings were great last year, but over the last few months the earnings were disappointing. I logged in to create some new promo codes and surprisingly, the limit for $97 was back. So they secretly restored the limit a few months back, with no official announcement.

Now this means if someone uses a $97 promo code, he gets a $97 discount, which is a great deal for a new customers to try out the service for 1 year, but it makes zero commissions for Dreamhost referrers – which reflects in poor affiliate earnings.

So if you are still using the older $50 coupon codes, you need to create new promo codes with higher discounts so the deal looks attractive to new deal savvy customers searching for maxed out Dreamost coupon codes.

Here is a super deal for QOT readers – Sign up at Dreamhost and use promo code QUICK97 to get the full $97 off! A new account for $119.40, will cost only $22.40 for first year! QOT is proudly hosted with Dreamhost for over 3 years and here are 10 reasons why we host on Dreamhost.
