Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a digital product from QuickOnlineTips at quickonlinetips.com, such as our ebooks. Please read them before you buy. Our general Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Terms of Use also apply. If you have any questions, email editor@quickonlinetips.com.

Who you are buying from

QuickOnlineTips (“QOT”, “we”, “us”) is a website run from India. QOT creates the products we sell.

Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for these orders. This means Dodo Payments is the seller you pay, it processes your payment, issues your receipt, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live, and handles payment-related questions such as refunds and chargebacks. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Products

• Digital products only. Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• What you get. Each product page describes what is included, such as the number of prompts, the file format and sample images. Please read it before buying.
• Sample images. Sample images show examples of results we created with the prompts. Results depend on the AI tool, model version, settings and photos you use, so your images will not look identical.

Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your card issuer or bank may convert the amount into your currency and may charge its own fees.
• Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies, based on your location.
• We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that are already paid.

Your licence to use the products

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.

• You may use the prompts to create images for yourself, and use the images you create for personal or commercial purposes, such as profile photos, websites, social media or client work, subject to the terms of the AI tool you use.
• You may not resell, share, give away, publish or redistribute the ebook, the prompt collection or substantial parts of it, whether for free or for payment, including in prompt packs, courses, templates or other products.
• Ownership of the ebooks, prompts, text and images remains with QuickOnlineTips. All rights not granted here are reserved.

Using AI tools responsibly

The prompts are designed for third-party AI image tools. QOT does not own or control these tools, and their features, quality, prices and rules can change at any time. You are responsible for following each tool’s terms. Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission, and do not use the prompts to create misleading, harmful or unlawful images of real people.

No guarantee of results

We test our prompts and work to make them useful, but AI results vary and we cannot guarantee any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
