Shipping and Delivery Policy

Everything QuickOnlineTips sells is a digital product, such as an ebook. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by post or courier.
How you receive your purchase
- Instant access. After your payment is confirmed, you get access to your download straight away.
- Email delivery. You also receive an email with your receipt and the download link, sent to the address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
Delivery is available worldwide, wherever our payment provider accepts payments.
File formats
Ebooks are delivered as PDF files, which open on any computer, phone or tablet. The format is listed on each product page.
If your download does not arrive
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Dodo Payments or QuickOnlineTips.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout. You can find it on your payment receipt.
- If you still cannot find it, email editor@quickonlinetips.com with your order number or the email address you used. We will send you a new download link, usually within 1 business day.
Download links may expire after a period of time or a set number of downloads. Please save your files after buying. If a link has expired, email us and we will send a new one.
If we cannot deliver your product, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
