Apple iPhone Premieres at Apple Retail Stores Nationwide

The revolutionary new Apple iPhone will start selling on Friday, June 29 at 6p.m. local time at Apple retail stores nationwide in US. All US Apple retail stores will stay open until midnight and customers can purchase up to two iPhones on a first come, first served basis.

The press release says that from Saturday, iPhone owners can learn using their new iPhone with free workshops offered throughout the day at all Apple retail stores. Every Apple retail store will offer free support for iPhone at the Genius Bar (talk face-to-face with a highly trained Mac Genius) and personal training through Apple’s new One to One program.

iPhone has a revolutionary multi-touch display and pioneering new software that allows users to control iPhone with just a tap, flick or pinch of their fingers. Apple iPhone combines the power of a mobile phone, widescreen iPod, and the Internet in your pocket!

iPhone will be available in a 4GB model for US$499 and an 8GB model for US$599 and will work with either a PC or Mac.

AT&T Inc. has announced three simple, affordable service plans for iPhone which start at just $59.99 per month. All three plans include unlimited data, Visual Voicemail, 200 SMS text messages, roll-over minutes and unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling.
