Kindle today released its new range of Kindles called the Kindle Fire for $199 and Kindle Touch from $99, Kindle Touch 3G at $149 and the price of the basic Kindle falls to $79 only!

Kindle Fire features an ultra-fast mobile browser called Amazon Silk which is available exclusively on Kindle Fire. Silk browser is powered by the computing speed and power of the Amazon Web Services cloud (AWS).

Meanwhile the other models got an upgrade and a touch component. The new Kindle got 30% lighter, with an 18% smaller body, same 6″ screen size and the most advanced E Ink display with in built wi-fi. The new Kindle Touch gets easy to use touchscreen, with audio and built-in Wi-Fi. The new Kindle 3G features free 3G wireless with no annual contracts or monthly fees and lets you download books anywhere, without Wi-Fi hotspots. The original Kindles are now called Kindle Keyboard (3G, WiFi) and Kindle DX is still available.
